Employment opportunities
As you will have gathered, each service user recruits, selects, inducts, trains, rosters and supervises their own staff. A support worker works with and is responsible directly to a service user.
LOI's function is to link people who are interested in personal support work with a service user who may be seeking to appoint additional support workers to their team.
LOI is also responsible for payment of staff, for their work health and safety and for other legal employer obligations.
If you are interested in working with a service user in the role of personal support worker, please contact LOI through the 'Contact Us' page.
Let us know where you live, how available you are for early and late shifts, your life experiences, your yellow card status and any training you have undertaken.
LOI will then get back to you with any available options. If you are shortlisted, you will meet and undertake an interview with a service user.
